C1PRO 3.6 freezes

Recently I have a lot of problems with C1PRO freezing up. When this happens my CPU is at 100% activity but the program is no longer responding. This happens during browsing and adjusting the settings.
Obviously all my work is lost and I can start all over again.
Any idea what could be causing this?

  I followed this procedure http://support.phaseone.com/KB/Home/Sea ... nguageID=1 and now it seems to be fixed
