Good White Balance - avoid Custom and Auto

I believe much better white balance can be obtained within Capture One than in-camera Custom, Auto, or Kelvin setting.
The Auto setting can be quite variable depending on the changed angle of camera or composed shot.
The key to an efficient workflow is consistent image capture.
Using an in-camera pre-set of Flash, Sunny, Cloudy will provide consistent Kelvin values. From these, establishing good White Balance and consistent color results are quite easy with Capture One.
