Can not get RAW Images to upload

Can anyone help me re: why my Raw images will not upload in C1 Pro 3.7? I download the trial version and only my jpeg's will show up.. Do I need a plug in or something for it to load the RAW's.? My RAW files show up in Adobe Bridge?
I have also tried uninstalling and re-downloading with no success. I really am needing this to work. I have done 2 session that need some correction and all files were shot in RAW.. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP....

  I forgot to mention that use a Canon EOS 1 Mark II N.. My camera shows as being compatible for the C1 software when I looked it up on C1 website.. Just thought I would mention what camera I am using to Capture my RAW images incase it makes a difference in why they won't upload..
  Hope someone can help me..

  The Mk II N RAW files became supported in version 3.7.3
  Most current is 3.7.5
  
  Be sure you have files downloaded to a Session without using any other program.
  Default location for Sessions is best:
  C:/Program Files/Phase One/Capture One PRO/ Captures/ Your Sessions
