tab key not wotking

Since upgrading to C1 7.2.3 the tab key no longer functions ie it will not select the next field. Also, "command n" for "new session" still does not function

  Tab works just fine here. Check your system as you can restrict the TAB option in your System Preferences for the Keyboard Shortcuts.
  CMND+N is not intended to work for a New Session in Capture One 7, this was only available in Capture One 6.

  Will deleting preferences fix my issue? If so, how do I delete preferences on Mac OS Mavericks?
  
  command n has made new session for EVERY version C1, prior to v7.

  Drew The TAB key does not work in "New Session" dialog box. It does work in other areas

  OK, we'll look into it.
  But for anyone else coming across this thread, it would seem the error is specific to one very small window for ONLY the creation of new sessions.

  Same problem here, with the same Capture One version, on 10 computers.
  Thank you in advance for the fixing.
  P.-S. Something else : sorting thumbnails, when user account is set to japanese language, is not working properly, in fact not at all ! (note : file names are all in plain english). Shall i open a TECHNICAL SUPPORT case ?

  Same here. C1 7.2.3
  Tab key don't work in New Session dialog.
