Saving keywords to the photo not to the catalogue

    You can't. By design, Capture One never modifies source files.

    I am going to have to try and find a way to use Lightroom as my catalogue and Capture One as the Raw editor as the catalogue option is not very fast, i.e. VERY SLOW ☹️

    You could use sidecar XMP files, as Capture One will generate/alter those, and perhaps LR can parse them properly.

    That's what I do; I use Lightroom as my catalogue and Capture One as my RAW editor.

    I'd like to use Media Pro but it doesn't handle Catalogues.
