Just got a new Mac Intel and want to transfer license over?

Hey,
Does anyone know if this is even possible? I am no longer eligible for an upgrade as all upgrades were used up on the older Mac G4. Argh! Any thoughts?

  UpDates = fixes Bugs and adds camera model support
  
  UpGrades = add major Features and Functions an increased Performance
  
  These are chargeable,
  but There Has Never Been a Chargeable UpGrade for Capture One since the very first version to current 3.7.6
  
  So your Upgrades have not been used up. Forthcoming version 4.0 will be a chargeable UpGrade.

  I am on a new machine, Mac intel duo core 2 and I would like to transfer the program over to this machine for processing my raws, but I am out of upgrades as all the upgrades were done on the older G4 machine. Any thoughts?
