Opening a 3.7 session in 4.5.1

I shot a session in 3.7.9 and edited the images. Some of the images are from my 1Ds Mark III. I've just installed 4.5.1. I'd like to process the images in 4.5.1. (so I can finally have some files from my Mark III without the red line issue). Can I open these images in 4.5.1 with all of the adjustments I'd made in 3.7.9 or do I have to start over?

  Adjustments are not (yet) transferable from 3.x to 4.x. You have to start over. Sorry.
