last activation used on c1-4
i own a 1dsmk3. i couldnt get c1/4 to work on my laptop after a lot of attempts (using the phase one database to help). so i reinstalled the system software to 10.4.11, then went to reinstall the c1/ 4 software.
so i did, now the software works, yay!
but the problem is that it has taken away my last activation, so i cant download the software anymore.
i bought c1 pro, and was using c1 3.7.7, but didnt put it onto this laptop as it doesnt work with the current canon camera.
why am i losing an activation?(i have only installed on four computers ever, standard upgrades).
im installing onto a laptop that i have installed c1 onto many times. i shouldnt have lost an activation. especially when im only using a cheaper, low featured version as a stop gap.
i have tried to contact phaseone through the support cases, but they havnt been in touch. phaseone, can you please contact me about this.

I can see that a case was made by you on Jan 23rd, and a response sent form Phase One about a hour later. Check your spam folder for a message from noreply@phaseone.com0 -

thanks, but i still havnt received it. maybe it didnt get through the servers junk software. an hours response is impressive.
can you try and resend it?

Best way to access it is to log into PhaseOne.com, go to Support, click on Contact support and click on My Cases. You will be able to access the response there 0
