Support and developper no contact ????
Hi,
I am very disappointed, I have ask the last month to the support if there si any possibility to do advanced think with keywords like keywords collection. The answer from support was NO. So I have by a Photo Mechanic for 150 !!!!. One month later Capture One 9 is out with functionality I have asked.
I want know if support have some contact with development team ???? Because in this story i have lose 150$ !!!

Support provided you the correct answer. At the time to asked the question, Capture One 9 was unreleased.
Support does not discuss unreleased products and per policy committee of not have told you about future improvements.0
