WARNING: Image Editor overwrites existing file?!
I HAD a PDF file I wanted to make a JPG version of in the same file folder....Same file folder only because Media Pro doesn't see a newly made and renamed file folder in the process of editing an image(unless you shut down and launch, update). What it did was take the PDF and and replaced it with the JPG version, OUCH!! No more PDF
At first, that's what it looked like. It is now about 10 minutes and Updating required to show that this is not the case.
The PDF reappears, much after the jpeg file is instantly created.
how confusing!!!

Whats worse is that the JPEG made is a blank white image. Nice!!! 0 -
Did you have the "Original: Copy to Another Folderl" option selected;

You can make a New Folder, but you cannot rename it and it won't show up in MPro unless you restart it. Unless there is other work arounds.
