Noise Suppression / Banding Suppression Settings

Using my Canon 1Ds, I set the Noise Suppression to one notch in from the left (second position) and I had the banding suppression set to off. Things worked fine. These settings came from Michael Tapes forum.

I now use a Canon 1D MarkII, a 1Ds Mark II, and a PhaseOne H25. Any Noise/Banding setting recommendations for those cameras would be greatly appreciated.
