Current update now images won't process
Recently updated software to the current version. And now when trying to process to a particular folder it says that there is not enough room there.
C1 unables the batch queue and gives that message that there is not enough room there but I know there is. The software seems to work fine when I process to a folder on the hard drive but not to this external hard drive folder. It has worked fine till the current update.

I can't speak from experience, but your problem sounds similar to the \"Cannot Process Images\" post below by Von Thomas. Someone proposed a successful solution to him that you may want to take a look at. Good luck.

Thank you. I have tried that solution and it still does not work.
The message I still get is,\" Can not write processed image. There is not enough free disk space on the disk containing the out put folder. Please free additional--. The batch queue has been stopped\"
The software works fine when processing images to the folder on my hard drive but I come up with this message when I process them to an external 250 GB harddrive that still has 196GB available. This just started when I upgraded the software to the current version 3.5.2 (1081). Maybe 3.6 is the answer.0 -
Hi Tom,
Assuming that your process folder is available to Capture One in the place it expects (not in red in the organize tool) did you do this yet?
Close Capture One.
Delete the Batch Jobs located at ~/Library/Application Support/Phase One.
You will lose the contents of your batch queue.0
