Cannot Reactivate C1LE after uninstall
I have just purchased C1 LE to replace my RSP (after hearing about the Adobe buyout). I am having problems saving the changes that I have made to the preferences.
I unticked all of the save options (as I may not want to save the changes on exit), but each time I start C1LE the "Save on Exit" and "Save when Changing Collection" options are ticked again. I have deleted the "preferences.pf" file and it still happens.
Out of frustration, I uninstalled C1LE and reinstalled it and now I cannot reactivate it. When I try to activate I receive a message saying "The provided email does not match the email in your Phase One customer profile". I have checked my email address in my customer profile and it does match.
I have raised a case with the support team. Has anyone had this problem?
