Czech localization is no longer supported in version 7. ☹️
Czech localization will be restored in future versions?

  And if you don't plan to do it on your own, is it possible to help you with translating, so it would be embedded in a future version?

  Might be planned for future maintenance release. Ask Phase One in a support case.
