Can i save my Raw files ?

hi,
how you save your files . you process all of them ? or not ? cd is better or HDD? and if you dont want to save a huge file what you do? you resize it in phaseone or in photoshop ? which of them ?and my other question is that when i want to have 1 20.25 cm file which resoulution is better for process in phase one . becouse if i have all of them with 300 resoultion it will damage my file when i want to have a 20.25 or 13.18 m .
