Problem with Media Reader
As I understand it, when I insert a CF card in my reader, the Media Reader window should pop up. This isn't working for me, and when I open the Media Reader window, it shows the \"Import to\" location, but the \"import\" button is grayed out. I'm using a SimpleTech USB card reader that shows up in Windows Explorer as well as Canon's ZoomBrowser. (I can see and download the images using ZoomBrowser, but Media Reader doesn't see it at all.)
Suggestions?
Thanks!

Just to make sure, have you selected a import location path for the images?
Does it pop-up automatically when you insert the card?
Problem is that the other application you have that import images migh interfer with the Phase One media importer.0 -
Hello.
I'm also having problems downloading sessions from my CF card reader with media reader on Capture One LE (windows).
The dialogue box appears automatically and I am selecting the right folder but when I press import the reader disappears and nothing happens. I am able to manually copy to a folder from the card reader outside Capture One but lose the renaming functionality.
I have tried with my anti-virus program temporarily disabled. Results are the same. Are there other programs known to conflict with media reader?0
