    Hi Lars
About all one can really extract from your posting is that when you connect some camera (manufacturer unknown, model unknown, firmware unknown) by some undefined cable to some kind of Mac (OS unknown) and CO 11 is running (exact version unknown, setup steps undefined) then wild blinking occurs.

But it does work with some other kind of software which Google cannot find.

And we see that your are frustrated (understandably so)

This is quite mysterious, shall people provide hints to connect a Sony A7r2 or perhaps a Nikon d500? CO 11.2 or 11.31? iMac? OSX 10.14? 10.13? 10.12?

To make it possible to get useful suggestions perhaps you could clarify some of these many unknowns.

If you have not already done so, check on the Capture One list of supported cameras if your camera is supported by Capture One 11 for thethering, is the firmware version sufficient.

Then there is a very useful series of articles here: https://imagealchemist.net/capture-one- ... explained/

Thanks, Eric, but most is known. Please have a look to the underline. But there is no frustration, even not for tether is not ok to this time (but not to discus, please, I did it with the support and Fuji). I hoped to find easy a way to stop it. Best to you, lars

Ok, may be the problem is this: if C1 is open and the camera will be connected with: USB-card-reader for transfer images to the mac, C1-11 is awaked: there is a camera, have to work. But the call by C1-11 for a camera means: connect it with: USB-tethering-auto.
That means: stop the camera, disconnect the cable, change the menu, connect the cable, start the camera; then tethering is possible, but only with setting it on the camera (in C1-11 are not all settings open). Hard work, but Phase One will not repair it for -11... Reg., lars
