I am just getting going on Capture One Pro 4.8. Is it possible to turn on/off individual adjustments (e.g. sharpening, white balance, color adjustments, etc.) so that you can see how the image looks without the adjustment and with the adjustment?

And, is there a way to see a before/after view without having to create a variant of the original image?

  Answer to your first question is no. To the second question also, but a workaround could be to reset (Cmd+R) adjustments and undo reset (Cmd+Z).
