Media rendering /Image quality unsharp

I've found an issue concerning the image quality if I'am using the Phase One rendering engine. All my picture are not sharp on the monitor. After switch over to the Apple engine the image quality is ok again.
=> "Media Pro -> Preferences -> Media Rendering -> Prefered Engine"


Apple MacPro 8-core
Mac OS X 10.6.8 / 64-Bit Mode
Phase One Media Pro 10.0.1.50536

  I have been playing with a large and newly created catalog on my Macbook Pro running OSX 10.6.8 and running the Phase One rendering engine finally. I don't have your issue any longer. You might try what I did if you have not already. I opened the catalog after resetting the rendering from the apple to Phase One, ensured I had all files showing in the Thumbnail view, and selected all 127K images. I selected the rebuild item in the action menu and sat back with a beer and waited it out. After quite a while, I had a catalog with all rebuilt thumbnails and no issues with clarity. I have not tried to switch back. My files are a mix of Tif, Jpg, Jpeg, Nef, and some video files. All look good in the thumbnail view and render in the light table now. I am finally able to use this tool. I hope this helps you with tracking down your issue. I have had an open issue with support and can say they were supportive of my trouble shooting. Good luck with your issue.

  thank you for your message. I tried it but sorry....it didn't help...all the images are not sharp in 100% view regardless what kind of image format...and if I change the rendering engine to apple all is perfect, so I will contact Phase One support...
