Edit With/Open With

I don't know if this is a new problem (specific to the latest release) or just something I never noticed before but I have the latest CaptureOne version (9.2) installed and I have been updating the beta version of Affinity Photo which I generally use as an external editor for C1. I have done several updates in the last couple of days and now I find that I have 3 copies of the Affinity Photo Beta entry in both the Edit With and Open With dialog boxes and I don't know how to get rid of the extras.

Has anyone seen this before? If not I think I should enter it as a bug but, if so, it is not a bug specific to the latest version.
