It depends on the device you look at the images. Most monitors are only capable of showing sRGB color range and proofing is just a rough interpretation how it looks on a RGB monitor.

Hi I hope someone can help me as I have a big color problem

I work with Capture one in Adobe 1998 proof and I also set output to Adobe 1998.

But the blue colors looked washed out in the output - almost like a CMYK output?

If I choose the sRGB output there is no problems with colors?

But I don't understand why C1 can't make the output the same as the working when profiles are the same?

If this is not the case how can you work with Colors in C1 if you don't know how the output will end out?

What application are you viewing the resulting image with ?
And if Capture One, what version ?

So how do you set up colors going from C1 to photoshop if you don't know the colors?

I use Capture one 9.2 and photoshop set up to adobe rgb 1998.

And how do you solve the problem when you have blue colors?

Normally I haven't had this problem before. It's only when I go to CMYK that the blue can be big problem as it is a smaller color room.

But working with the profile in C1 it should show the colors you work with despite monitor, or show if there is a problem

It looks like the zoom in and zoom out don't show the same colors?

Blue is very different in 100% then in all zooms less then that?

It looks more liek 100% show same colors as the output.

It's a bit strange that there is such big difference in colors with zoom?
