Can't to open Capture One Pro 6.x pls help

When I used and open capture One today it's prompt message but I can't find the following path in my computer (win7),

"The Application preferences at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Phase_One\ are corrupt.
Please correct or delete them and then restart the program."

Anyone can same this case, many thx

  Your Capture One 6 user preference file (user.config) has apparently become corrupt, so it is best to delete it. CO6 will make a new one next time you start it. That is what is says.
  
  The error message is a bit cryptic as is the description of the location. You can replace the variable "%USERPROFILE%" with "C:\Users\<your user name>". But because the AppData folder is by default hidden in Windows Explorer, you must unhide it first (Alt key for menu bar; Tools menu, Folder Options, View tab, Show hidden files... radio button). You will finally end up here:
  
  

  C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Phase_One

  
  
  Clear the ..\Phase_One folder and start CO6 again.
