iPhone Panorama photos

Hi there,

I have searched for this and can find nothing. I have just loaded some panorama shots taken on an iPhone into my session and cannot edit or rate them. Other shots from the phone are working fine, it's just the panoramas that won't play nicely. Is this a known thing?

  At one time CO had a limit of how wide/tall an image was that it would edit. May want to search the forums.
  
  I hate to say this, put in a Support Request asking for max picture size, they should be able to tell you quickly.

  There is a limit on the short edge size. That might be in play with a panorama I suppose. Must be more than 513 pixels apparently.
  
  I believe there is also a max value for the long side but I'm not sure what it is.

  Thanks, that will be it. I just checked in PS and they are 800 x 330 pixels.

  That's rather small by any standards.
  
  Can you change the size?

  Try to get the original image file from the iPhone. Often, images from smartphone are send by mail or WhatsApp and reduced in size.

  Thanks again. They are my wife's shots, and she gave them to me. I will try and get a copy myself to see if they are bigger, otherwise i will just go with them. She really wants me to use them!
