Questions about organising image bursts
I am on the verge of moving my collection of 17000 images from Aperture to CaptureOnePro. Much has been tested and checked but there are still one or two things to sort out.
What is the best way to deal with a number of images taken in a burst? Currently I have such sequences organized using the Aperture stacks, but this does not exist in COP. Typically for me a burst may contain 5 or 7 images which are bracketed exposures (for HDR), or may contain from 6 to 20 images taken of some movement - I have a few burst of nearly a hundred images. Of course, you don't want most of the images in a burst, typically just one or two.
It seems to me that the best way in COP8 to deal with a number of image burst in a project is to put all the images for each burst in its own folder, and then the best image is copied into the a main folder for the project.
Has anyone found a better strategy?
