MP Se and C1 10

    I couldn't get it to work in the beta of C1 10 and raised it in a bug report, but Phase One didn't respond.

    I haven't yet installed the release version of 10, but I gather from what you say its still broken. If this is an MP issue, you would expect concurrent releases (C1 and MP) given the seamless workflow claim.

    Have you raised this with Phase one?

    No have not raised any ticket with Capture One.

    I suspect they know full well that the edits in C1 9 differ from C1 10 and that MP needs updated.

    That is true.

    However the Support case system requests also allow them to measure the level of interest and urgency from the customer base and so assess where available development resources should be deployed.

    The answer, of course, is almost certainly that they would like to have everything synchronised and up to date.

    The reality, of course, means that very few companies can even attempt to deliver at that level. (Unless they have a very mature product in a market where functionality is not changing much at all.)
