Beach balls when selecting images in film strip

I was doing a bunch of photos today and several times when I selected a new image on the filmstrip I got an endless beach ball mouse pointer. The first times I force quit the app and restarted but then I noticed that by clicking and moving an app on my second display, I could get the app to respond normally again. Something strange is going on. This is on the most recent 9.0.1 release on a 2013 Mac Pro with 4K display with all photos stored in a catalog on the built in SSD.

Anyone else notice this?

Looks like 4K display causing that. can turn off Monitor profile by doing. View->Proof Profile->No Profile.
To if it is resolves issue. The other problem might be that default preview size is smaller then preview size need to be displayed on your large monitor. You can change it in Capture One -> Preferences ->Image tab -> Preview Image size.
