iPad with CO5
Just got my iPad working as a dual monitor with MacBook Pro. It connects wirelessly with an app called Air Display. Image pops up instantly as I am shooting. MacBook and iPad need to be on same wireless network. Would be great if it could be done over a distance i.e Shooting in New York with Art Director in London.

Have you tried using it with Live Preview? Would be great for Tabletop to have the iPad right on set. [quote="Alan Strutt" wrote:

Well, couldn't that be done with gotomeeting or web meeting, or one of the other screen sharing applications?
Ideally, Phase will come out with a remote plug in, but I don't see that happening.0 -

I couldn't say one way or the other what will/will not be developed in regard to future technology. However its safe to say that the iPad is a game changer so no one can say for sure where software dev. will go to accommodate new devices like this. Just don't count us out before the game starts 😊0
