There are a few threads on here that you may want to investigate but from your post there are very few details so it is hard to offer suggestions. Ultimately you would be best served creating a Support Case and providing your LOG files and System Profile.

Well Drew, thank you, I have created the support case and have checked out the threads on here... the problem is, as I have discovered, it does process, but only images from my P30 can't get it to process anything I have shot with my Canon 1DS, the Processing Queue starts up like it's processing but quickly spits them out.... I've been trying to figure this out for the last 3 days...

This has happened to me in the past.. very painful when u are on a deadline and u just can't prices any images.
The way i got it to work is.. I just gathered att he preference plist files etc.. and trashed them.

one way to do it is.. http://macpaw.com/cleanmymac/
Just drag your app into it.. and it looks for supporting files.. then DESELECT the main app and trash the rest..
when you start, it seems like a fresh install.. ( but you are still licensed ) ..

this has worked for me time and time again. lemme know if it does for you too..

Sounds like the app is running as the DB version. Go to License under the CaptureOne menu and make sure its set to PRO. Also make sure that the output folder exists in the output naming tab under the output tool.

Thanks, running the PRO Version, and the output folder is where it's supposed to be..
Have no problem processing files from my P30.. just can't process Canon... though, oddly enough, every once in a while it processes one..

    Thanks
