Red Eye Removal in Capture One Pro 8

Is there any quick way to remove 'red eye' in Capture One, or do I need to take it to Photoshop Elements to do this?

    Either Photoshop Elements or CO8's Color Editor tool. You can do a search here on the forum for tips, as this topic pops-up every now and then.

    I have not tried it, as I have not had a problem with red eye in about 10 years. (i.e. get the flash off the camera).

    Try,
    Create a new adjustment layer.
    Use the mask to just select the pupil area.
    Use the Advanced color tool, and its color picker and select the pupil.
    Take advanced color editors saturation slider and reduce the color.

    Repeat for the other eye, or mask in both eyes.
