Attempting to contact support... failing?

When I go to the webpage for contacting support and fill out the information box to explain my problem I can't get any further as below the box (in red) is the following wording...

No html tags is allowed for" Description"

I didn't include any HTML tags in my question so do you know what's going on... ?

  Is there a '<' or a '>' character in your question, maybe?

  Nothing like that at all; if I had a 'normal' email address to use I'd use that.

  you could clean up your browser (remove history and so on). does help sometimes

  Hi, has this problem now been resolved. I am also trying to send a query to technical support but I cannot get past the 1st page 🤓

  Peter,
  I have been able to contact support via their online page since this event but at the time I had to pass my query onto another department on the site and ask them to forward it on for me.
