How to transmit the license?

Dear Capture One Pro users.
I would like to upgrade my Mac Pro and Mac Book Pro from Tiger to Leopard.
Both machines are equiped by Capture One Pro. As far as I know it will be impossible to activate software more than two times. Please tell me how to do it in a right way!!!

  Hi Alex,
  In general I like to leave license questions to skilled Phase One staff to kick in.
  
  Regarding number of activations, you can check it out yourself by logging in with your Phase One account (the one you use for activation) on the PO web site. After logging in, click your name or My Account on top of the page and select License Management on the next.

  You can visit the phase website and deactivate your copies of C1 Pro once you log in, then upgrade your OSX, reinstall the C1 Pro and re- activate again.
  
  I did the upgrade to Leopard in January and all worked fine...
