Software problems
Hello:
I am new to this forum, but have more than 3 years experience with Phase One. I am very pleased with the product and have recently upgraded from the H20 to the P25.
We are experiencing some unusual problems that I cannot figure my way around. Here they are in no particular order.
1. I title an image in the thumbnails window and the name reverts back to the original title (image number) when processing.
2. I change the color temp or the green/magenta numbers on the color management screen. I leave the screen, then return to find that the numbers either have not changed or changed to numbers which I have not typed. I have had people watch this happen and we are all confused.
3. I shoot tethered into my G4 twin 1.4 computer and also a G4 laptop. I switch back and forth between the two computers which are both running the latest version of Capture One. I am in the same set, using the same lights, shooting the same subject and the color balance is not the same. In fact it is a few hundred degrees different in Kelvin and more than 20 points off on the green/magenta scale.
Any thoughts on these issues would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Michael

1. See process tab on naming convention, when changing a name of an image accept the change by pressing enter.
2. Settings are per image, not a global change, Click camera icon to have all images which are shot from there on to apply the change or highlight a selected range of images and press the button \"Apply to selected\" (1st from the right) to apply it to already shot images.
3. This is due to a white balance has been made on the to computers which differentiate, make a white balance that match (tethered mode the P25 work the same way as the H20) and now there will not be a difference.0
