Capture One Session Persistency Error

Has anyone else seen this error? I have 17 days left in my pro trial and I'm getting this error.

"An item with the same key has already been added., at system.throwHelper....blah blah blah.

    I would start with the following clean up sequence:
    1. Close CO 4.x
    2. Move all Capture One*.col files from the My Pictures \ Capture One Library folder
    3. Start CO 4.x

    Does Phase One listen us? (or peaple that open a suport case) ?

    Hey, yes we do, but if you need support / quick response, well then I suggest you open a support case.

    Here is a knowledge base article which has a clean up utility which pretty much fix all kind of issues.

    The clean up utility will create a ZIP file on your desktop with everything it cleans up which is good if you are missing a setting in the software once you have runned the application.
