profile editing

Hello, I've been fixating on profiles and after ruling out creating my own from scratch due to hardware incompatibilities I checked out the C1 profile editor. What a great tool! I've rotated hues based on the Macbeth rendition chart to the tune of -13 and -20 degrees in two areas. This seems extreme to me and I'm wondering if this will lead to problems with banding etc or is this ok.
