Double Hard drive but same folder

Hi there
i just had to restore my mac
using time capsule, and now i have a funny thing happening to me
when i try to import new folders into the catalog the folder comes in empty
and C1 shows me that i have to hard drives
coz it is creating a new hard drive and i can not move the folder inside C1
any ideas have help this issue

  Did you Mac get a new hard disk?

  No the hård drive is the same

  i fixed the problem and it was right in front of me.
  
  go to hard drivein the folder structure and locate it (root) that fix it
