C1 won't recognize 1d mIIn

Hello, I'm using 3.7.7, and I just got a 1d MarkII n. I've shot tethered before with my 20d.

All software is installed, I believe, wia driver, and whatever else was on the disc, when I turn the camera on, the diolog comes up, I hit cancel, and then go to C1, select file-reconnect camera, but there is not a camera listed.

Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

  This camera is currently not supported tethered, but it is supported as a file format.
  Please refer to the release note:

  I'm reading the release notes, and it says there is tethered support for the 1d markIIn, am I not looking at the right thing?

  I didn't realize I needed to use the firewire connection, I was trying to use the usb connection, which is what the 20d has, but that only works for printing with the 1d, you have to use the firewire with the 1d.
