C1 10 crashes with immediate shut down

    Your last support case was in December.
    Last response from us in January 9th.
    Since we did not hear from you in over 30days we closed the case.

    We'll be happy to assist if you create a new case since you currently have no active support cases.

    I will do so. however the whole process of communication takes weeks. I submit a tcket a few days later you reply...then I reply and a few days after that you reply. can I actually SPEAK to someone?

    I don't think that is fair, here is your case (International date format, 24h clock, CET)

    You submit: 15-12-2016 13:36:40
    We respond: 15-12-2016 16:22:23

    You: 19-12-2016 18:39:18
    We: 19-12-2016 19:35:43

    You: 20-12-2016 14:09:11
    We: 20-12-2016 21:29:09

    and so on... we are pretty fast at responding.
