What's problem of P45H and i7 and windows7 (32bit)

What' problems?
my P45H thetered by macbook or any mac, capture well.

This PC (i7 and windows7 PC) thetered capture well in P25 contax.

but When thetered P45H, It does not recognized by device manager.


I've tried 2x another 1394 card, but same not recognized.

this system recognize P25c, but can't P45H.
It's so strange. Why???

CPU : i7-920 2.67ghz
VGA : nvidia geforce GTS 250 x 2
motherboard : asrock X58
RAM : 4GB

C1DB 5.0.1 or 5.0.2 tried. but... hardware can not recognized.

  Unfortunately I cannot test an i7 Processor as I do not have one. However in Windows 7 Capture One will connect and work with a P45H.
  Please ensure you have adjusted for any Windows Driver limitations. Namely with the Firewire card and the 4GB Limitation in Windows 7. You can easily get around that by downgrading your RAM to 2 GB for a test.
  If you create a support case and direct it toward me I can try to get you some further details.

  I'm test another P45+ H mounts. 100% recognizing any cables (10m, 4.5m...).
  
  so my P45H is wrong??? in mac, 100% pefect working.
  
  Phase one supply firmware 2.3.6 but mine is 2.5.
  
  I guess because of firmware problems....?
  
  How can I firmware downgrade ? (2.5 -> 2.3.6)
  
  my P45H just serviced and checked 2 month ago from denmark phaseone A/S.
  
  When Returned, firmware upgraded to 2.5

  Chiek,
  I'm inclined to think that there is nothing wrong with the back itself, seeing as it works on Mac. My guess would also assume the back works fine if you were running XP. If the back was just at Phase One DK, that is even more evidence to support its validity. I would advise you to create a support case before you start playing around with firmware.

  This sounds to me like the ongoing P30/P45 non-enumeration issue. Going back to the legacy FireWire driver should sort it. Will Phase One PLEASE fix this? How long do we need to wait? 😭
