unable to adjust
Capture One Pro 6.4, Mac Pro 5,1
I have just migrated all my files to a new computer and I am having problems with permissions. I was using them with no problem on the old computer.
I have managed to give myself read write permissions in finder but I am still getting the crossed pencil logo in C1 meaning I can't write although I can if I adjust in photoshop.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Have you ensured the Parent folders of these files also have Read and Write permissions? 0 -
I had sorted out the permissions on the folder that contained the files and then the folder that contained that folder but I hadn't sorted out the drive that those folders were in. I have done that and it now is OK. All working thanks.

Can you give more specifics? Which Mac placed the images on the HD? Have you looked into permissions with either CO6 or Finder (Get Info)?0 -
I'm having exactly the same problem since updating to the latest build (6.4) of CO. The software and systems info can be found here:

The previous build was working absolutely fine on this machine so this appears to be a problem with the upgrade.
Thanks,

You run CO DB 6. This version does not allow editing files from DSLRs. Deactivate and activate again with your license key which will either activate it as Express or Pro, depending on your key. 0
