Is anyone else having problem submitting a support case?
NB: Sorry I know this is a bit off-topic but I can't see anywhere else to post this message, or any contact numbers that will allow me to ring PhaseOne to discuss in person.
Is anyone else having problems submitting a support case/ticket? I have been trying for days now. When first trying the initial screen (form) returned me back to the same form. Trying again today, I make it through to the second screen (form) and input the details of my case but upon submitting get:
I'm getting really concerned that my investment in Capture One 4 PRO is already a bad decision, I don't even seem to be able to speak with anyone!?
Help/thoughts appreciated!

I have just tried creating a case on support.phasoene.com and everything seems to be working fine, please try again so we will be able to help you there.

I've just tried again and today it works. Do please accept (from an experienced web developer in a past life) that it didn't previously, and therefore problems must have been fixed over the last 2-3 days, or an intermittent problem exists.
I appreciate your reply in the forums, but please pass on to everyone at PhaseOne that at some point they need to take a serious look at the website (especially in respect of support).

It could been a temporary issue. We have a monitoring system in place which alerts any issues or down time. In most cases it is fixed with in seconds or minutes.0
