2 quick user questions as I edit a thousand wedding shots...
Hi all
If anyone can answer quick it will speed up my workflow today!!
2 things -
All of a sudden when i edit with an externap programme, on returning to C1 it drops the edited variant to the end of the photo list rather than stacking it with the original - this just started happening for no reason I can see, I'd like it stacked next to the original so I don't have to scroll down and back up - any ideas how I revert it?
Also, I get the copy and paste adjustment arrows, but basically I am using about 3 or 4 preset adjustment recipes and would like a floating box (or somewhere) where I can instantly see recent or saved presets without clicking through menus - is that possible? Just next photo, click on preset, next photo, click on preset 2 etc, rather than photo, menu, presets, user presets etc etc...
Thank you all!

1. How is your sort set? Is it by name or by date? Just guessing here. Maybe sort by name. (The up/down arrows.)
2. You can float your STYLES AND PRESETS window. Just drag it out of to tools column and put it wherever you wish. Your user styles will be easily available and scrolling over each one will show how it will look on the image.0 -
yes, I am an idiot, of course it is the sort setting, thanks.
Appreciate your help.
On a side note, I had a weird phenomenon with a couple of high ISO shots, so I opened them in Lightroom to check it wasn't a C1 bug (it wasn't) - but after thinking I was still struggling to make the transition from LR to C1 with random silly questions like in this post, going back to it (briefly) after a few months made LR seem very basic and like a massive step back.
I still miss a highlight increase function, and C1 would be ace if it had LR's noise control capability, but I sure as hell won't be going back!!0
