Unable to remove images from Catalog
Has anybody else encountered problems trying to remove images/delete from a catalog? Capture One repeatedly just hangs and I have to force quit the program. Any suggestions?
Many thanks,
Marc

On the rare times it happens I just create a new catalog and import the images into the new catalog. Make sure that 'Include existing adjustments' is checked. Set the filename to image name and the destination to current location. You keep everything except your user album structure.
Alternatively you can try File - Verify Catalog or session and select the catalog in question. That may help.

Thanks Moich.
I think that I may have found the problem and appear to have resolved the issue without needing to ceate a new catalog.
My workflow for rejecting and then remiving/deleting images involves marking the selected images with a red color tag and the collating them in a smart album which selects all red color tagged images. I then select these images from the smart album for deletion and send them to the system trash. I thought I'd try deleting the smart album used for this and create a fresh smart album with the same criteria. After doing this the images selected deleted/moved to system immediately. I've tried this a few times since and it appars to work fine. Who'd have thought that a dodgy smart album could be the problem!
Many thanks,
