Why the "beep"?

Hi
In the last couple of days, every time I starts C1 the computer "beeps" one time. No dialog is displayed and everything works (as far as I can tell).

Why does it do that? And how to fix?

C1 8.01
Yosemite (but it did not started at the same time when I installed 10.10)
