CO 4.8.1 and Apple RAID

I have a question about using C1 and accessing sessions that reside on an Apple Xserve RAID over a fiber channel connection. Are there any tips if improving C1 performance with a RAID? When the session is on the same computer as the c1 app is running the performance is obviously much better. Even a ethernet networked computer works better than fiber channel for moving and renaming files in a session.
Strange thing is processing of files in C1 actually works a lot faster over fiber channel than it does on a local computer????

  There is an issue with CO4 and network performance; not sure about fibre connections. You could do a search here. If not satisfactory, I suggest you open a support case on the Phase One site.
