Support for arw files from the new Sony A7r camera?
Hi,
I read several places that Capture One support the arw files from the new Sony A7r camera, but they doesn't show up on my software, only the jpgs show.
I have downloaded the latest version Capture One Pro 7.1.5
Are these files supported?

Nop, not yet 😊 We do support the .arw format, but only from supported cameras. We hope to add support for the A7's soon.0 -
Any chance there will be support for tethered shooting with the a7's? 0 -

Nop, Sony doesn't provide an SDK for tethered shooting.0 -
As far as I can remember: it never was that users were given with a renowned camera no support from PhaseOne. Also, I'm sitting here for a few weeks with a Sony Alpha 7r and cannot edit RAW-Files with C1Pro. 🤓
The matter is urgent, and getting angry!
Or do I have to change to Lightroom?0 -

It has been no secret that we do not support the camera yet, nor have we promised support within a certain time-frame. As mentioned, support for the camera will come very soon, but I cannot give any absolute date.0 -

Thank you very much for the update, but it appears that the LCC profile either old or new could not be use (can create) in 7.1.6.
Appreciate if you can check and fix this problem....

Bad news!
Version 7.1.6 makes problems with the profile of the Sony Alpha 7r. The software freezes itself created using styles (costyle) and the application on multiple pictures. You leave this awhile (work) begin to flicker on the various tools... However, it comes to no conclusion.

That can not be true! Waiting times of several minutes for the acceptance of a user styles. What's going on? So I can not work!

Hello,
I downloaded 7.1.4 trial version but it does not recognize A7R files at all. I can still load my old NEF files though.
I am not sure if this is a trial version limitation? I saw it was reported below that A7R support was added to 7.1.4. However it is still an issue for me and I can't evaluate the product if it does not work with my primary files.
Anybody else experience similar issues?
Can somebody from Phase One comment and advise please as my trial time is running out fast?
