Slow healing brush?
I'm new to Capture One having just bought it in December. I'm still learning how to use it but one of the main reasons I want to try it is because Lightroom Classic CC is just too slow for editing files. I'm not really worried about import/export speeds as I can do something else while those operations take place. What I really care about is speed while editing.
Generally, the software feels more responsive than LR using the same hardware. I noticed some slowness when using a few tools, such as the healing brush. I'm trying to remove a line and when I draw my mask it skips and definitely doesn't keep up with my mouse. Is this normal? I have a relatively fast PC, I was hoping it would do fine :/
D810 raw files
Computer
i7 6700K overclocked to 4.5GHz
32GB RAM
Radeon R9 390 GPU (8GB)
Files, when processing, are on a VERY fast PCIe SSD (Samsung EVO 960)
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Mike
