Rename files = XMP disaster

Renaming files in Media Pro is a complete disaster! If I rename just once it usually works out OK, but if I have to go back and rename additional times (especially if the names already exist but are being switched to different files) it frequently looses track of the xmp files and associates them with the wrong raw files back in Capture One. I have to color correct every photo from scratch when this happens. Screw-ups like this are no joke. Keeping raw adjustments tied to the correct raw file is a feature that should be rock solid in any program.
