    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues - please be aware that this is a user to user forum (with the occasional visit from the PhaseOne Dev team). If you can provide details, we'll be happy to help but for the fastest resolution to your issue definitely create a support case with the Phase crew - they're very good at what they do and generally respond quickly.

    Processing files working now! I went to default workspace and its working now? Does a anyone know why that could of happened? 😕

    Likely due to the absence of the "Batch" tool. Without this queue there is no reference location for images to process.
