C1 not exporting JPEGs (or anything else) at all

Hi there,
I upgraded to 10.1 and 10.1.1 and can't generate JPEG output at all.
Only JPEG QuickProof works as an output Format.

I tried to file a support request, but the form submission isn't working due to a server-side issue at PhaseOne.

I have turned OpenCL on and off and it doesn't matter.
Rebooted, applied Windows Updates, etc.

Can anyone help?

  Try deleting the Batch Queue folder at Application Data/Local as well as trashing and recreating that JPG recipe as it may be corrupt.

  That doesn't seem to help anything.
  The only export engine working is JPEG QuickProof. And I don't think that's good enough for what I need right now until I can resolve this.

  I think I found the problem. I'm processing TIFF files exported from PhotoShop.
  TIFF files are blowing the ImgCoreProcess.exe stack due to some memory or access violation.
  
  I exported a JPG from PhotoShop and was able to process it.
  I don't think that's a good solution for me though.
