Beta 9.2.0.82 Bug?
Running CP1 on a MacBook Pro, and using the touchpad; I have found that when the Browser is on the bottom of the screen, the left side quadrant of files is not 'selectable'. Also, the drop down menu for organization/viewing order is not selectable.
Using the up/down/side arrows does allow you to navigate and select the files.
When moving the Browser to the right side; everything works fine.

This should be filed as a bug report if you think it's a bug. We're under NDA for beta testing and I don't think it's appropriate to be sharing beta results in a public forum. Also, if you think it's a bug, the developers need to know. 0 -
Is it so hard to read and accept the terms and conditions for the Beta testing?
"All information in the beta test program is Confidential Information and you agree not to distribute the software or a link or to post or discuss any issues that go on during the beta test. You, as a Tester, agree that you will maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information to a reasonable degree of care in protecting and avoiding disclosure or use of Confidential Information."
Did you submit a bug report?

File it as a bug. The hiding browser has a couple of other serious bugs, but Capture one says they are Low Priority as no one has reported them. Please file it with service support
